Visited on Saturday as needed shirts and trousers. I hate shopping. I didn't catch the name of the lady that served me has a PhD in History! but she was seemingly serving multiple customers effectively at once. I provided my estimated trousers size and what i was looking for and was measured for shirts. First pair of trousers selected were perfect. Having tried on two shirts and selected my preferred fit, picked four shirts, paid and was out of the door. 23 minutes start to finish. Brilliant.
Great in store service by Adam. In and out in 10 minutes, measured my collar, sleeve and provided different fitting shirts to try on. Came away with the perfect shirt, and didn't need to extend my 20 minute parking. Thanks Adam.
Please been going there and always have been taken care of with so much respect and great costumer service, today, going there the front door was locked and there were some suits inside, I get shoode away and their hands being waved. Also needing a shirt on the spot was very stressful on my end. I highly recommend going to Suits & Co. A couple doors down they also have great quality shirts and saves me being really nice across the board.
Their customer services is impeccable. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable and provide you Individual attention and go above and beyond to meet your expectations. They have a wide range of clothing available which can cater for all budgets, and covers all aspects of clothing from casual , business casual and wedding outfits. Clothing quality is superb and stitching is top notch. I have been using their shirts for years and despite frequent usage, they still look brand new.
Visited twice now and received brilliant service from the staff particularly the manager who helped me decide what I was looking for and helped me get the perfect fit despite me being a different shape to most people. They run great deals and offer a wide variety of formal and informal clothing. I would highly recommend them, the brand's quality shines through all aspects of your experience with them.
Went in to collect an online order and decided to buy a shirt while I was in there. The staff were incredibly helpful and efficient. They even reminded me I had a 20% discount! Legends. Far better service than their rival shops. 14/05/24
Very helpful staff as soon as I walked in. Helped with collar size and knew straight away what would be the best fit for me.
Great attentive service. Went in for a smart white shirt. I am not used to wearing smart clothes I don't even know my measurements, but the staff were fantastic. He measured me up quickly, had me try on some shirts and discussed differences in collars with me. After discussion and advice I was able to purchase a nice shirt. Really nice to have a shop with such great customer service. Thank you! It is not the cheapest place in the world, but if you are in King Street looking for cheap clothes then you are in the wrong place. My opinion is that it is a fair price.
Measured, tried on a few items, had honest feedback from staff, new wedding outfit ready to look better than the groom
My partner came in on Saturday needing a full outfit to go to a charity do as he doesn’t do smart clothing! Amazing old school service - the gentleman who served him knew his measurements just by looking at him. Kitted him out - shirt, jacket, pants, shoes, and even got the pants altered by a local tailor. I didn’t think shops like this existed anymore! Well done and that guy should have his own makeover show or something!
