Absolutely fantastic experience buying my wedding suit. Chris was amazing and really helpful. He wasn't afraid to give his opinion but wasn't too forceful. I could clearly see his experience showing in his advice and I'm really looking forward to getting my made to measure suit now. Will update later when I receive it
A really great experience shopping here. Staff are really friendly, approachable & knowledgeable, especially Lewis! I came here to look for a tux for my own wedding and was really impressed by the customer service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or rent a suit for any occasion.
As soon as we walked in Will was ready to help us today. He gave me some great advice and it ended up in me purchasing a great suit. He was incredibly friendly and found the best size and fitting for me!
Bought some trousers from here, unfortunately the booths weren’t open to try them on and was reassured they would fit even though I suggested getting a size up on the waist. Got home to find they didn’t fit. Took me about half an hour to get a refund and was told originally I might not get one due to me wearing them? I was going to exchange them but I’d rather not get accused of wearing clothes that don’t even fit me and risk not getting my money back.
Had a great experience buying my wedding suit from Lewis. He took the time to go through each part of the process with us, making sure we got what we wanted and that was the perfect fit. Very friendly and knowledgeable, I'd definitely go back for my next suit.
Me and my fiancé had a brilliant experience here buying his Wedding tux. Lewis deserves a promotion! He really knew his stuff and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Poor service. went in to buy 2 suits and all accessories but wasn’t even acknowledged I was there by staff - I’d indicated I needed size / fitting assistance with my choices - but just waited and waited by the counter. So instead I went to other shops who wanted my custom. #Slaters
Every time I come here, whether there's 1 person in the queue or otherwise they take forever to serve. Seemingly having I'm.depth conversations over flipping garments, like they're selling insurance. DEAD PEOPLE MOVE FASTER
Really fantastic customer service from Abdul on the phone today! We were calling to check for specific sizes in two suits and Abdul was really patient, efficient and service-oriented. He helped find what we wanted and reserve them for us! Amazing! Keep up the good work.
My partner needed a new suit for a wedding we are attending this autumn, and we got so much help and great advice from Mark. He did an excellent job in explaining the adjustments needed and helped us find the right fits and colours, including a tie and a pocket square that would complement my dress. The experience from start to finish was 5/5. Definitely the place to go for a nice suit.
