Very unfriendly staff. I recently visited two Lululemon, one in Brighton, one in Manchester and I can feel the difference. The staff here are so busy at chatting with each other and not actually helpful in providing any advice. Although in the end I spent money in the shop, but still felt unhappy. When checking out the staff didn’t provide the option of sending email receipt. Not the attitude I expect from lululemon !
They said they were closing at 6pm, I went there an hour before that and I find this paper posted on the entrance door.

Although it may cost that little bit more the quality stands out and I love the incredible designs. The staff are always super friendly. Thanks very much I appreciate the good service.
I used to love lululemon. I have bought masses of items over the years. I bought some fast and free leggings in September having a darker colour previously and only wore them twice before realising they were see through on my bottom. Customer services were terrible saying that I would need to take a picture to show that they were see through even after I explained that putting my knee or hand through them didn’t work, it had to be a larger surface area. They still insisted this needed to happen. In the end I took a picture of my bottom showing that they were see through and they still declined saying I would need to take them back into a shop and this was their final answer even with all the evidence. Whenever I have returned something to their shop they have always been great so it was incredibly disappointing that customer services were so poor online. For leggings that cost well over a £100 it is not The service you would expect. A once loyal customer.
Returned an item on the 19th May told it had been received at the warehouse on the 22 May. Still not had a refund!! Told could take 30 working days to receive it, ie possibly no refund until about the 5th July!!!! Really disappointed and will certainly think before ordering again from them.
Overpriced garbage. Take this back to USA and don't come back lmao 100 quid for leggings? 200 for baggy rapper style jiggers that fall down? Shoes that fall apart? Garbage brand I've never heard off? Watch out for fake reviews and so called "celebrity Influencers" touting this garbage. Terrible quality over priced. Primarks better
Amazing leggings and worth every penny. Staff definitely deserve credit, they are so helpful and friendly, make you feel really welcome and have never had a bad experience here
I went in to Lululemon Flag Store in Manchester and I’ve been served by one of the staff her Staff ID on the the receipt is 99994000077596 I felt uncomfortable as she told me I CANNOT returned items in the store!!! I showed her that it says on the receipt that i could do so.
