Clean comfortable rooms and friends accessible one great too with walk in shower. A few teething problems with doors and lights but easily solved Food in carvery very good staff friendly and helpful as was breakfast experience. Continental one included in price but full English extra. We thought it very good value

Good for a 1 night stay. Good location for LEGOLAND. Would have been nice to have somewhere to hang clothes though.

We have been here 4 times now and sadly this time it's let us down. We have in the past came here and travelled in and out of London and came back to a lovely local feeling hotel. Clean room bed remade care given to how the room looks. But this time the room hasn't been cleaned the coffee cups left unwashed the coffee spoon in the same place. The quilt just places over the bed and pillows squashed into place sadley we heard that the old house maid left last week. If anyone is reeding this that has any power please find her and get her back she was great really helpful. Us we got back last night to find someone had eated our biscuits. Sad but true.

Went here for a carvery after a long drive down from Edinburgh. Food was lovely and staff were friendly and helpful 👍😆
