Untrustworthy and phone operative lied to me. I booked the taxi for 8pm but it didn’t arrive until 8.15pm. I called at 8.02 and was told that my car was 6 mins away. The driver told me he only accepted the job 6 mins earlier.
Pre-booked taxi did not arrive. I rung once, was told taxi 'on its way' and controller put phone down. 20 minutes later I rung again - controller very rude. Won't use again. Bad
I have used heaton taxi for a very long time and arif butt is single handedly the best taxi driver in bradford. Very kind,nice and he uses cucumber to brush his teeth.
Iv been using heaton taxis for a long time now. The drivers have always arrived on time to pick me up. I book my taxi in advance too and the driver will always be their before i even arrive. Reliable service.... freindly drivers.... highly recommended..... good priced fares unlike other Bradford Taxi company’s.
Absolute disgrace. Heaton waste of space. All the people who work for this firm needs arresting and publicity shamed. •I wanted to give half a star they don’t deserve any. •The drivers are all arrogant fools who all seem to be having wife problems. Don’t take this out on the customers • The operators act and sound like complete idiots. No customer respect whatsoever • I would suggest using other taxi firms. Theses drivers are so damn rude •Please if you experience this report this firm to the local council. - Sheroz sabri.
Worst taxi DO NOT USE. Used them would ring taxi at 7am and ask for the taxi to arrive for 7.30am and the taxi would arrive at 8am and 10 past 8 getting me late. This has happened many times to me and the taxi base would lie when I ring in ask where the taxi is. would be told that i didn't come out when the taxi never came. would ot recommend. The taxi operator man is soo rude doesn't have good customer skills and closes the phone on me.
Been using this taxis for long time. But its getting worse and worse. Drivers always laying when they late. Calling in office not making difference it service. Worse taxi what i know don't use
brilliant service, i was able to book from the app, track the taxi, received a message when he arrived and also paid based on the meter which was displayed. 5* definetley would use again.
