If I could give a minus star believe me I would! Arrived to find our Bungalow was not ready, ( not a problem eh?) Think again, absolutely stank of cigarettes and damp, filthy carpets ancient and out of date kitchen appliances, if you could call them that. So, what did we do you may ask? Well, we made a hasty departure the very helpful manager ( comedienne, I would say) very kindly offered to move us, you may think we were being upgraded to a premium room, sky TV, etc. Think again readers, it was next door, by this time we were feeling suicidal, we politely declined this extremely minging upgrade and beat a hasty retreat. People of Britain and of the world don't I repeat don't book your holiday here. So. You might want to know,( if your still awake) what happened? Do not worry about us, via a travel lodge we went south. P.s no pictures to show as weren't there long enough

Initial accommodation a bedsit type unit with shower and toilet and a bed settee that was most uncomfortable . The staff were helpful and moved us. Unfortunately the apartment we were moved to wasn't supposed to be in use according to the house keeping staff so we got moved again and the accommodation we ended up with was good and very comfortable. Lots of facilities and well stocked shop. Good size entertainment centre with good indoor facilities for young children. There is a good indoor pool. The site was taken over by new owners a few weeks back and there are on going works to repair water and drains making the site a bit messy in places. I am sure this site will be good for next years holiday season with the new owners management team. Top of a steep hill into town centre OK for the fit and energetic to walk down and back. Fairly steep climb on way back. Ample parking and on bus route. We had stayed at this site before under the old management but it is too early to say if things are better now. Repair works to leaking pipes are ongoing and I believe some refurbishment work is to take place over the winter for next season.

Was John Fowlers but now a new name and owners the site has been given a refurbishment and also the apartments are better there is no shop on site now but tesco is down the road

had a fantistic holiday with me husband an mom stayed in platnuim 2 bed apartment which was loverly the staff were really friendly and really made us welcome all in all had awonderful time
