Lovely bar, great service, the barmen were always checking our tables and asking if we would like another drink, clearing the tables. The bathroom was perfect and clean. A bit small for my liking but it's great for a cozy meetup with friends or coworkers.
Bit disappointed after being recommended Idlewild by someone. The bar was half empty late on Saturday afternoon, but music still blared from the speakers as though it was late Saturday night. Tapas choices look basic and a tick box. Lighting fixed on tables at back, which shines in your eyes no matter where you sit. Staff seemed nice enough, but tables “reserved” that we were told we couldn’t sit at, stayed empty for the 45 mins of our visit. We didn’t stay beyond the one drink.
Looked nice at first sight, so we sat down. All the customers and the staff were staring at us. After a few minutes, we understood why... someone vomited under our table. We are very sad, nobody came to tell us... we left fast. Or else we would have vomited too.
Lovely modern setting and Amazing Staff. Had an absolute ball me and the missus. Nicola in particular was on the ball, very friendly great quick efficient service with a smile couldn't recommend a better modern Romantic chill vibe

WARNING! Ordered a glass of rose and server held the card machine out for me to pay without showing me the total. They had added the service charge on without notifying me. Service charge was attempted to be added for every single drink including my friends sparkling water… absolute sham and we all refused to pay it. Notions of a bar… avoiding like the plague now.
Guy being super racist deciding not to let me in but letting in all the white guys.. based on no reason at all.. Racist because my appearance!
Sat down with our drinks all tables were reserved,bartender then asked if we would leave the table!!!!! It's was only 6.30 nowhere else to ,don't serve drinks if you don't have seating!!!!
Nice little bar and a central location. Only fault is that my first Guinness had a four inch head and had to replaced but var staff were friendly and there was a great atmosphere.
Had the best night @idlewide - shoutout to Maja who was so accomading and recommended cocktails exactly as per our preference. 10/10 experience and drinks xxx
