Been here for 4-5 times. Less crowded that other tourist pubs in the area. The music is good. The service may vary. Last week, a barman is not very attentive. He keeps chatting with his friend/close customer? at the other end of the bar and ignoring queuing customers in front of the bar. Another bar staff has to come to him and ask him to taking care of the customers.
Run down Irish pub. I had a pt of Heineken and a glass of wine, and they were terrible. At €8.50 for a warm pt of Heineken, it's just not good enough. We only wanted in to get out of the rain as we were waiting on our bus home. Ps, if you like the smell of dirty fryer cooking oil then this is the place to go.Service: 2/5
Been there on Sunday bank holiday. Great location. Live music. Great atmosphere- the Irish singer was very entertaining so that everyone in the room was dancing and singing. Little space, so there was uncomfortable to seat at the bar. I asked for drinks menu- they didn’t have it! Very expensive drinks!!! We had only 2 pints of Guinness each! A pint of Guinness is 7.40€ which is very expensive, even for this place!
Absolutely amazing food. Was totally prepared to have an underwhelming, overpriced meal a few doors down from The Temple Bar Pub but WOW everything was top notch. Skip the busier spots and go here.
We had a lovely time at The Norseman Pub. The drinks are well-priced and the live music is generally very enjoyable. Friendly staff as well. Just a great vibe here during the nights. Would definitely visit!Service: 4/5
Absolutely recommended from us! Great Bar, great Service and fantastic Live Music all day. Thumbs upRooms: 5/5
Typical Irish pub with great live music. We had a very lovely evening there. Staff was super friendly. Food & pints a little bit on the pricier side but overall great experience!
We stopped here for a meal after our first day of traveling probably by far my favourite dinner of the trip! Great atmosphere although with being so busy was hard to hold a conversation but grateful to have got seatedService: 3/5
First place for lunch in Dublin and it was grand. Wait staff was prompt and friendly. Fish and Chips along with the Guinness Stew was delicious. Had a flight of the Writers Tears as well. We loved it overall. We'll be back!Rooms: 4/5
The food was terrible. Most expensive meal we had and it tasted terrible. I left mine uneaten. The nachos were even bad. How can you mess up nachos? They should be ashamed Food & drinks: The food was terrible Noteworthy details: PSA for everyone, eat elsewhere..
