Lovely memories of when I was child... & now my toddler loves it too. Wonderful place for children or even for those quiet times in the day to enjoy a good book in peace. Definitely recommend.
Great library & facility for the community : It's got a nice area for kids, with a large selection books - our toddler loves it. It also has a good area for computer use, desk space, cafe area and lots of sofas to sit and read. Just off Roman Road, and opposite Tesco's its a well placed location.
Great staff run joyful song and story times for little ones. Lots of mirror/tunnel/children's special sitting areas. Parents,grans and carers feel comfortable.Diverse books in small general library and community classes. Nice cafe counter. All on one accessible floor including toilets. Relaxed

I have seen many changes due to staff and the library it self
Even though I don't really like reading I still go there anyway because I still have memories going there with my school and even though I don't hate the library I still rely on it
I would give 0 star if there was an option. I have Been seen by a rude lady at the help desk. Her arrogance and rudeness misleads the place where she works, “help desk”. I think she should be far from the front desk not having any sort of contact with the costumers.
Provides first class access to many different types of knowledge,not just a library which is well stocked,but if books aren't your thing....CD's,DVD's even internet access,as well as classes for pre- schoolers to OAP's, truly something for everyone!
Our favourite library! Suits everyone !
