ALS is an excellent place to learn Arabic, no matter your proficiency level. As a beginner, I’ve learned an incredible amount in a short period of time. The tutors at ALS are phenomenal at understanding each student’s abilities and tailoring their teaching methods to suit how you learn best. They are passionate and dedicated professionals. The head tutor at ALS takes exceptional interest in every student, crafting a guided learning approach. I highly recommend this institute to anyone wanting to learn Arabic, whether you’re just starting or already highly proficient.
Jalal is an excellent tutor. He is both very patient and eager to see progress in his students. He sees the potential in his students and works incredibly hard to hone in on and develop their language skills. I have achieved so much progress in a very short period due to his methods.
I am absolutely delighted with my experience so far! The course has been thoughtfully designed and the teacher is incredibly patient and encouraging, he is always available to provide additional support and answer any questions. Would highly recommend ALS for anyone wanting to learn Arabic.
I have been studying Arabic with Jalal since June and am very impressed by how quickly I am progressing. Having focused on every letter in the beginning, writing now goes off hand very smoothly. Grammar structures are increasingly coming together. Jalal is very structured and focused on teaching the "Arabic" way of speaking. Having worked with several Arabic teachers before, I notice the difference in working with Jalal. I highly recommend Jalal and ALS. شكرا جزيلا جلال
I am loving my classes with ALS. My teacher makes me feel so calm, confident and happy. I have learned a lot already and I have just started another term. I have been able to use my language practically already which feels amazing. Classes include a mix of reading writing speaking and listening. My teacher can also tell the ways I learn best so he adapts the lessons to how I can understand best. I started online then came into classes which is really helpful. Centrally located to easy to get to from work. I get on very well with my teacher and I look forward to my classes every week. He is flexible with my work which is extremely helpful for me. Can’t give ALS enough credit - fantastic classes.
I highly recommend ALS and Jalal. This exceptional language school, along with its dedicated instructor, truly invests time in assessing your proficiency and language needs. The class was advertised as a beginners' course, but the teacher mainly focused on catering to advanced students. Consequently, the pace of the class was set according to the advanced students' level, which left me, as a beginner, feeling like I wasted both my time and money. As a beginner, I found the classes to be rushed, and I often felt lost after each session. It was frustrating to realize that the content covered was mainly beneficial to those who were already proficient in reading and writing Arabic. Despite being promised a beginner-friendly environment, I only managed to learn basic introductions like how to say my name and talk about my family. It felt like a waste of time and money, especially considering the mismatch of skill levels in the class. *Update* Yes of course I attended ALS classes Not just a class but multiple! You mixed advanced students with beginners which was unfair.
I have joined the online beginner class in February23 and every week, I cannot wait for the class to start again. I even enjoyed it so much that my sister has joined the class too. I have really progressed and for the first time in my life arabic origin I can speak, read and write in arabic! Jalal, the professor, is key on my progress. He is encouraging me, extremely patient and helps us focus on the most important learning to progress as quickly as possible. I truly cannot recommend enough ALS.
My Arabic class has been a great experience. I'm doing well and the teacher is incredibly helpful. The class is well-organised, and the teacher goes above and beyond to explain difficult concepts. Thank you ALS for helping me improve my skills and knowledge in learning Arabic Language. I came to ALS as a beginner, with little knowledge about the language, but now I feel more confident using the Language. It really is very useful in my job.
