This review is for the petrol station rather than the store. There's no super unleaded available, and about a third of the pumps were out of use. The traffic layout is terrible too.
Love Tescos. Some good bargains, and the cheapest meal deal around.nAlways clean and tidy and well stocked.
Car, phone, travel and house insurance all with tescos. We spend a substantial amount of money every week with them on shopping and fuel.nWe bought a pudding for £4.80 and didn't realise that the use by date was that days which meant we had 6 hours to eat it. I realised once I got home so I went straight back asking for it to be swapped. They declined saying that it their policy is, with 5 hours to go it will be put in the reduced section and it was our fault for not checking. Being a long standing customer I felt quite cheated by this.nWill certainly not be automatically renewing any of our insurances and policies with them and will use alternative supermarkets.nShame on you tescos. This is not how you treat customers
Very friendly store, helpful staff, and goos offers everywhere. Good free parking, small cafe with hot food. Chemist, and mobile shop inside. This store caters for most household, and gardens, gifts, food and support from chemist if needed.
We don't come to this Tesco often so things were a bit out of sync for us. However, all was going well until we couldn't find the mushrooms. There was a young girl assistant doing something or other on various parts of the fruit and veg area so I politely asked 'where will I find mushrooms'? The answer I got back was rude and abrupt with 'over there' as though I should have known.nIf we had walked a bit further we would have found what we were looking for, but as she was a member of staff, I assumed part of her job was to direct customers when they couldn't find any item.nApart from this, we found the shop to have everything and more. Hence why we ended up spending more than we came in for.
