Motabitz Ferndown is located on Ringwood Road. Uniquely, it has a Free Customer Car Park right behind the store along with a huge Free Town car park within a few metres! With a vast range of Cycles, e-bikes, cycle accessories plus a massive range of car accessories, bulbs, batteries, wipers, oil and much much more we pride ourselves on brilliant customer service. With a bulb, wiper, battery fitting service plus cycle repairs and servicing too there's much more to Motabitz Ferndown than you could imagine. Pop in and say hello. From Dave Price. I've used the services at Motabitz for the past 25 years. During this period Mike H has been nothing short of polite, courteous, reliable and ultra helpful. His professional advice and assistance has been much valued. Recently,he has gone beyond the call of duty whilst attempting to locate and price many items I've requested. In addition, Mike's colleagues have also been very helpful and informative. It makes a difference to actually speak to someone who has a professional view point as opposed to looking at an image on the web. Cheers guys and Thanks. Dave Price.
I have been looking for a new radio for my Subaru WRX for some time as Subaru in the UK are now a waste of time to deal with. I found this place sells radios and also fits them. So I brought a Kenwood DAB radio with a CD player from them the total cost was £281.00 for everything. It was fitted in a good time and they give me a demo of it when I picked my car to drive home. 30/10/2023 update came back for a pair of wiper blades for my WRX the staff were helpful in finding the right ones and fitted them for me also a great help. Thank you.

Excellent job fitting a removable tow bar with absolutely no visible signs once removed. Thank you also for the recommendation on getting the Thule rack for 3 bicycles, the 2 bike option just wouldn’t have worked. Complete with a number plate, total one stop shop. Great job Graham!!!!

Wow! I was so impressed with the customer service and such a fair price. Came back from Southampton and my wipers were knackered after not using the car for a little while. Halfords down the road said they couldn't be done as they have changed the wipers on my E46. Saw these guys on the way back and glad I did. The tall chap sorry, I didn't get his name, came out to the car, grabbed the new wipers and fitted them in no time. He was so polite, friendly and helpful. If you're in or around Ferndown don't go anywhere else, these guys are fantastic, thank you

Called in quickly for a replacement 12 volt battery and spark plug for a ride on mower. Staff that served me was very knowledgeable, and helpful. Got both, well pleased with service and price. Also, I am able to recycle the old battery at the store. Great service, thanks guys, I'll be back.
Just wanted to say a quick thank-you to Rich for fitting my Smart with a new battery this morning, and to let him know that the stop start is working again forgotten how annoying it was!.
