It's M&S food. A little pricey but very good.  Nothing much more to say

Usual good quality, well presented, helpful staff, clean and good value

I am a regular shopper in the Ferndown branch and have come to recognise the friendly faces of the staff.   A week ago I decided to be 'brave' and take my 99 year old mother who incidentally, usually only needs the aid of a trolley, to do a shop.  Faced with the challenge of getting her from the car into a wheelchair and attaching a trolley to the front of the chair was going to be quite a task!  I needn't have worried as help was at hand and I cannot thank the staff enough for all their help and guidance, one young member of staff pushed the wheelchair all the way back to the car and made sure it was safe for my mum to get into the passenger seat.  Thank you so much.....

Good Morning,yesterday i purchased 2 Coronation Chicken Flaties at £5 each, cooked them as stated on the packet, very disappointed as the chicken was chewy and hard . Unfortunately the cashier asked if i wanted the receipt and i said no thanks. Can i please get a refund as poor quality obviously i can produce a bank statement to show the transaction Philip Matthews

Sadly the Ferndown store has drastically gone down hill over the last year or so. I'm not sure if this is a franchise or simply has bad management but the overall staff attitude and friendliness is terrible. Several staff are outright rude, tutting and sighing at you as you go through the self checkouts because they always go wrong and constantly need to intervene. The only thing which saves this store for me are a handful of absolute staff gems who sadly are in the minority. This store badly needs secret shoppers to go and visit because it's honestly worse than going into Aldi or Lidl and having your products thrown at you as you go through the checkout. Needs serious management intervention and customer service improvements.
