We had our bikes booked in for a free check up after 10 years stuck in the garage! An absolutely lovely guy called Adrian did the check up and couldn't have been more helpful. He was so kind patient and knowledgeable about bikes in general. We were so pleased to walk out with 2 bikes ready to ride once again. Thanks Adrian and Halfords we would definitely recommend them.

I went to Halfords this morning as my coolent level was showing low. Embarrassingly I know nothing about cars even my own! but as soon as I asked for help nothing was too much trouble - I don’t know his name but he had dark hair & glasses he was probably one of the most helpful store colleagues I’ve ever been to in any shop before. He also got his colleague John to check over my car and get the coolent for me etc. I am so grateful for their help. Both of their customer service levels went above and beyond my expectations.

Fantastic service from the staff at Halfords in Bournemouth at 08.00hrs this morning. Desperately needed a new battery fitted. They had one in stock and hats off to Josh who fitted it straight away in the pouring rain and strong winds, so we could get to work! Thank you Josh and the lady who served us initially!

Visited first thing this morning after my headlight bulbs decided to blow the evening before my MOT! Josh went above and beyond and fitted new bulbs as well as checking the car over, all within 15 minutes. Life saver! Highly recommended the 200% bulbs, super bright and last ages.

I needed a new battery as a result of the cold spell showing up the weakness in my current one. A new one was sourced and fitted by a young lady called Hannah at the Bournemouth store. A great service by a very helpful polite and efficient technician. I would certainly recommend Halfords B’mth for all motoring needs.

The gentleman in the bicycle department was one of the most helpful assistants I have ever come across. He was under pressure from so much to do but I never felt hurried and was always well informed and gave good advice.

Having gear problems with my bike, I took it into Halfords - Bournemouth. The engineer, Adrian, identified the problem immediately and fixed it. He also identified an additional issue I had with the peddle axle. He took the time to tighten this up too. These guys are great at what they do is now my go-to place when ever I have any bike issues.

I popped in for some replacement windscreen wiper blades for our Renault. Hannah helped me find the correct blades, she then agreed to fit them for me. The originals had been on our car for over 7 years, so Hannah really struggled out in the rain to remove the old ones. Eventually Ross came out to help and ripped them straight off. How annoying for Hannah, but she never stopped smiling and was a delight to deal with. SERVICE in every sense.....With a big smile. Thank you. Hannah is the customer service face of Halfords !!! Oh and well done Ross!
