Strange experience is this store, as I received a phone call from someone, and whilst taking the call quietly over in the corner, one of the cashiers decided it was a great idea to shout me asking if I had paid for an item I had reserved. I motioned to them that I was on the phone, but they loudly asked again if I had paid and I was forced to cut off the phone call in order to walk across the store to them and pay. No idea why they couldn't just wait. There were no other customers in the store.

Just had a lovely chat with the manager. Had smart TV delivered last night. Came with out the right fixtures for the legs to stand it up. Phoned customer services this morning who informed me I could get the parts from post office road and she had arranged it. Partner went to pick it up. No clue inside. Manager no help whatsoever. So leave empty-handed. On hold again to customer service. She tells me the system says they are there. Gives me reservation number. Then puts me thru to post office Argos herself so I could make sure myself. Why would she do that if she knew they weren't there. Women on phone rude and unhelpful. Ask for the manager but it is the manager.she informs me I have to travel to wallisdown Argos to pick up myself. After having paid fast track delivery. When I question why I should do that she hangs up on me. Writing this has made me calm down a bit tho. Thanks for wasting my Saturday.

I purchased an acer laptop, I couldn't work out how to use it so I took it back, they were extremely helpful so I have still got it, It's great, but they gave me a free gift, It was not a gift at all, it was a connection to make Google more money, they also tried to make me spend another £60, For a 5 Year guarantee, which I'm not sure about.
