I moved my business Carlin Brown Removals to Store and Secure in August 2016. After operating from a couple of facilities this was my best decision yet. 
Brilliant helpful team where nothing is too much. 
The faculty if very welcoming, clean and smart offering everything we need as a Removals business and also been able to take care of all the needs of of our storage requirements. 
I have many happy customers here and would highly recommend.

Had a pretty negative experience with S&S. 
When I took out storage at the start I was very clear that I needed it for 4 weeks exactly and the date it would end on and they seemed happy with this so I signed the contract and didn't really look at it again. Then on the day I was due to move out (4 weeks later) got a text saying to phone them and when I did they asked for more money.
Turned out the contract said I had to notify them 2 weeks before moving out but given we had already set a move out date I hadn't thought to do this, and they hadn't sent me anything to remind me to.
So what was advertised as £16 / week for 4 weeks I actually ended up paying for 6 weeks as they only took my notice then, and because they add on so many extra charges I ended up paying £160 for a storage unit (I think 5x5 foot) for 4 weeks.
Can't complain too much as in fairness it was all in the contract but just annoyed that the only communication I got from them the entire time was when they wanted more money, and even though we set the move out date at the start the never told me I would need to confirm this otherwise be charged extra..

Great facility, run by great people. Although you can come and go as you please, there’s always a member of staff on reception who greets with a smile. 

The facility itself is, as the name suggests; secure. This for me and I imagine most others, one of the most important features. 

Pricing is cheaper than you might think too! 

If you’re looking for self storage and Bournemouth is accessible, I’d definitely recommend Store & Secure.

As a local man and van / removal company, we deal regularly with store & secure and have done now for several years. We highly recommend Store & Secure to all of our customers for both home and business storage. The team provide excellent customer service and are friendly and helpful. Their units are always kept clean and are modern and spacious, and we would highly recommend store & secure to anyone in the Dorset area who is looking for short or long term self storage.

Fantastic facility! Easy to use and very flexible both in terms of storage space needed and the length of time required. The "Storage Sisters" always greet you with a smile and go out of their way to help wherever they can and they are also very supportive of their local community/charity sector too. 5 Stars for sure!
