This is my 3rd visit to the place and I hope it will be the last. Every time I visit it I find out it got worse than before. The facility is in a horrible condition and nothing works as it suppose to. I changed apartments three times and still they is a lot of noise in each apartment I visited. I couldn't connect to internet with both devices that I have got as there is something wrong with their network. Not all rooms are clean so you should check each room prior to staying in it. Washing machine doesn't work and the oven too. Toilet lights don't work and it has got no window. The carpet in front of the sofa was dirty and wet at the same time. Footsteps from the room above us was clear that we thought - more than once - that they were in our apartment. Lift wasn't working when we arrived because power was down before that and they couldn't figure out how to connect the lift back and maintenance company simply didn't bother to come for help as per receptionist. Location is wonderful and stuff are more than willing to help but facility requires major renovation as most of the equipment simply don't work!
Location was pretty good with easy access to Iceland, pound land and lots of take aways. It's right next door to subway which was nice for lunch without having to go too far. A bit of a walk from the tube station but a pleasant one. The apartment was clean and tidy and you had everything you could want, fresh towels, hand-wash, washing up liquid and even a washer/dryer. The staff were always polite and extremely helpful. Over all I'd come back and stay again and had a very good experience.
We are a family of four. We recently spent our holiday in London over the weekend. The rooms are spacious and clean. Night are very quiet. You can get a good night sleep. The front office is most courteous. We are very much satisfied with th hotel and it's services. We highly recommend this hotel especially for small families.
It's about 30-45 mins away from central London by bus and underground so it takes a bit of time to travel. However, the area is surrounded by restaurants and there's a 24h grocery store right across the street in case you need anything. Very good service and room for the price range considering how other hotels in the same price range but closer downtown have a shared bathroom. Yummy free breakfast offered at the diner beside. Staff are very nice and helpful and have good recommendations about routes to take, places to visit, etc.
I would rate it zero stars but that's not an option. After driving down to London for 4 and a half hours we eventually found a public carpark on the back. We went into the reception to ask where their carpark was to be told it was full. He asked for my name and told me check in was at 2. We went back to check in a 2 to be told they have changed their name so they're no longer the best western so the site we booked through didnt change it so we didnt have a room. They also said theres no availability. I thiught the guy on reception spoke to us rudely. This situation also happened to another couple when we first entered the building. Luckily we managed to find a last minute room in a different, nicer hotel in a nicer part of London 35 minutes away, unfortunately causing us to be late for our concert. I wouldn't recommend staying here, they dont have a very big carpark and everyone uses it, it's in a rough area and they arent very professional or reliable. The public carpark is also only available to use between 8am and 6pm so you cant even stay on it over night. Avoid this place and go somewhere nicer.
After a horrible journey to London 3 hours stuck on the tarmac at Faro Airport... cheers Ryanair! I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming and checked me in quickly. My room was more like an apartment, with a dining table, sitting area, desk, King Size bed, bathroom and separate kitchen. I almost cried when I saw the hot chocolate sachet and digestive biscuits waiting for me by the kettle... it's the little things! The bed was super comfy, and there were blackout curtains so the room was lovely and dark. There's a 24 hour Turkish supermarket across the road, and during the day there are plenty of little cafes and shops. Ealing Broadway is 5 mins away by bus and there are loads of cool bars and restaurants up there. Public transport is regular and efficient. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.
