Best Western Diplomat Hotel and Spa

This is a gem of a business that has friendly staff who in out of their way support and assist. Very disability friendly and willing to learn and improve. Sauna, gym, swimming included.. very much worth the extra few miles out of Swansea. Beats the other stay chains in the area. Book direct for top discount. Amazing well lit car park, plenty of space. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, for all needs. Family rooms and space also. Great prices, very clean, lots of light and space to rest and wait while the fit ones go for the gym. Very friendly staff.

Lovely place we had our wedding party there but there is a steep slope to get up to the entrance . There is wheelchair access but if you drive up to the door there is not a lot of room to turn your car around

Nice venue, but stupid rules. You pay for a buffet, and left over food is not allowed to be removed from the premises. Health and safety is used as an excuse all too often in modern times.

Spa was really nice and spacious. Food let this place down waited 30 minutes for a pre booked meal which didn't taste the best.
