Couldn’t fault the stay at all!! So much so I rebooked!! Exceptional Staff, Service and Facilities. Steven was my port of contact prior to booking. He went above and beyond across the entirety of my stay on both occasions!! The hotel itself is very modern, well kept, accessible with lots of local shops and restaurants just walking distance. The rooms are very clean and to a very good standard in terms of quality, better than its competitors. DAB TV included and a good quality shower which is a must for any hotel stay!! No noise disruption internal or externally either!! I enjoyed my stay and would happily book again when in the area next!!
Had a lovely experience staying at this hotel with my partner. Received a brilliant welcome from Lim who was very hospitable and helpful, sorting out a late checkout for us. Also had a delicious spicy chicken pizza made for us by the wonderful Resul. The room was fantastic, very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The parking is also very affordable. I would highly recommend this hotel and would 100% come back and stay at Ibis.
I stayed in Ibis multiple Times, The service is good,you got everething you need,helpfull staff. Clean hotel with spottles bathroom,and very clean room, large and fresh towels, New fresh beding ,Tea Coffee Milk,all good amount. Very well done.
The hotel that's closest to a town centre replete with eateries. Decent light fare is also available inhouse. Parking is plentiful, easy and cheap, check-in is swift and notably civil, and the prevailing atmosphere is pleasant. Unlike at some other budget options, there is always a staff member in sight downstairs, which helps. As for accommodation... rooms are very compact, but maintained OK and fine for a night or two.
Satisfying! Wha a positive experience with my partner we had together. We were starving and had a brilliant experience with food made by Resul Yildirim; really enjoyed the cheese burger, grilled chicken wings!! And the Lasagne that Resul made, along with his kind and gentle manner. Very hospitable! We are both very satisfied with his service. Professional indeed! Thank you so much, we left with a smile we’ll be back again thanks to you xx
