Satisfying! Wha a positive experience with my partner we had together. We were starving and had a brilliant experience with food made by Resul Yildirim; really enjoyed the cheese burger, grilled chicken wings!! And the Lasagne that Resul made, along with his kind and gentle manner. Very hospitable! We are both very satisfied with his service. Professional indeed! Thank you so much, we left with a smile we’ll be back again thanks to you xx
We had a pleasant stay at the Ibis hotel, very close to public transport and leisure activity centre. Also a large parking to choose from, so no issue coming here by car. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and a good reception area The rooms were cleaned very well by Gogu and Mariana, so thank you to them. Only beware the bathrooms are rather small, but otherwise would recommend this hotel to anyone considering it.
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at IBIS! The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and supportive throughout my visit, making me feel truly welcomed and cared for. A special thank you to Stevan, Lim, Tharun, Sofia and Sharon for going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Their kindness and attention to detail made my experience truly memorable.nnI highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and a stay that feels like home.
Sergey was extremely professional and understanding over and above what I could have expected from most other employees at most other hotels. My partner checked in for one night and became ill and Sergey took it upon himself to provide me with reassurance and direction to make sure that she got medical attention. He followed up with several calls, and even today to enquire if she was feeling better. Very impressive young man
Just checked in helped by the fabulous Sofia and Sharon who could not have been more helpful and friendly! First impressions count and these ladies know how to make you feel comfortable which is so important gor z solo traveller.A credit to the hotel. Hotel is in great convenient position and has everything you need for a short stay. A lovely laid back casual vibe.
