Shocking customer service. Food took 2 hours to travel 2 miles. Wrong drink sent. Pizza was cold and over cooked. Was refused to have a fresh pizza sent. AVOID! Muhammed Waris is extremely unhelpful.

Absolutely awful customer service from this branch from Muhammad Waris (who is the assistant manager, interesting how he's reviewed this himself to bump up the review rating). Received a substandard pizza, was refused a replacement as per the quality guarantee. Fobbed off, and when we requested to speak to someone senior, we were told no one was available. Avoid at all costs, go to the St Albans branch instead - the manager there offered a replacement immediately despite having nothing to do with the original order.

EDIT 7/2/18 - Its only fair to revisit this review now the management has changed. Service is back up to the standard you would expect, the nasty attitude has now gone. Well done for turning things around

Absolutely rubbish service. Called about 25 times until they picked up and the guy on the phone was rude and obnoxious, almost certain he spat in the pizza. DO NOT ORDER from this branch. Giving it one star is one star to many

They didn't have the special garlic dip and they didn't have the XXL boxes so the guy had to half the pizza and pop them in the large sized boxes. A little annoyed as this isn't the first time. I feel sorry for the 1 guy that works there
