I placed our order via the McDonald's app and was parked in the pick up spot at 10.54pm at the Borehamwood branch. We waited for our order but because we had substituted some stuff I expected to wait and had ordered ice creams and it was a big order we thought it would take time. We watched the driver thru and we waited. I then asked one of the girls in the car to check if our order was being made so she knocked on the door and was told it was being made. So we waited. I then went and knocked and the manager came out and was very defensive and was rather aggressive, he also had 3 of his colleagues with him,which was rather unfair against 1 woman. He said that the order hadn't gone through and it felt like it was my fault. He said he would refund me for the ice creams but that there would be no good will gesture for waiting and or because the order didn't go through. We got the order eventually and left. I would like to say it's the first time we've had problems with the Borehamwood branch but it's not!Almost every time we go there we have a problem! We will now be ordering from another branch.
The best service by Rahul, He is very quick and energetic.... Welcoming customers with great smiles and understanding the value of the customer. Appreciate his work.
This visit was 21st Nov, I shared with McDonalds via socials at time 2 weeks ago but they not bothered, was also cold dry burgers, I wondered if it had been dropped while making, I didn't have time to go back,
Food is what you'd expect from a fast food restaurant. It all came out hot and order was delivered to our table quick.nMy only annoyance is the way the entrance is set up with all the machines and counter blocking everything
