Treated myself to a delivery the guy was 10 minutes early so I was impressed, on unwrapping and diving in the first thing I was aware of was the food was barely warm I ate a few chips and can honestly say they were not of there usual standard they were hard to bite into giving me the impression they were not freshly cooked and had been standing for some time, I attempted to eat some more but being they were slightly warm were not enjoyable hense not eaten.nI did eventually eat the double bacon burger simply because I kept thinking how much I spent.nUnfortunately this has put me off purchasing a take away from mc Donald's.nI suggest you observe your staff who are packing the food.
Loads of signs saying it’s open 24 hours, but by 10 it’s all shut, apart from the drive-through. I was so looking forward to getting some food, only for the staff to say I couldn’t order — proper disappointing.
consistently the worst fries i have ever eaten at any mcdonalds. undercooked, overcooked, seasoning is an absolute myth and constantly unsalted. burger meat is sometimes rough and hard, and service can consistently mess up orders or get them incorrect.ntypically the burgers are decent, but i have sworn off ever eating the fries here ever again. and when my friends order fries, i continue to have my opinion validated that giving up on them was the correct decision.nni would go as far as saying the food and drink here in general is inconsistent enough to say that this is the worst mcdonald's i have ever eaten at. i would not say to avoid this place, but to go in aware that the quality you would expect for a mcdonald's is really not there.
Terrible standards.nIt's bad enough with the small things like no napkins, straws or cup holders last week or this week.nWhat makes it worse is when you get an order wrong then berate the customer for trying to, what, cheat the system because what I actually WANT costs more? No returns when you make a mistake?nAnd that's picking up, don't bother ordering online as it'll be grouped with another order and 50% chance it'll arrive cold!nShoddy quality and service, I can see why other takeaways are overtaking the high strength.
The food sold here is just mm hmm! But even though it is delicious, the service is a little weird. I sometimes find either no fries, no nuggets or a half full drink, so it's gotta improve. Finally, the atmosphere is pretty good.
