Had a great stay here over the last couple of nights. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was genuinely excellent with plenty of choice.nnWhat really impressed me was the staff — every single person was friendly, patient, and working incredibly hard. It’s very clear the hotel is understaffed though, and the team are being pushed far too much during busy periods.nnI’d happily stay again, but management seriously need to look at bringing in more staff or better rewarding the ones they have, because they’re doing an outstanding job in tough conditions.
I’ve stayed at this Premier Inn for the last two nights and overall it’s a really nice place to stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and everything you’d expect from the brand.nnWhat really stood out to me was the staff. They are genuinely amazing — friendly, helpful, and doing their absolute best under very difficult circumstances. However, the hotel is clearly extremely understaffed. Over the past two days and nights I’ve seen how manicly busy it gets, and it’s obvious the team are stretched far too thin.nnI would happily stay here again, but it’s honestly not fair on the staff to be working this hard with so little support. They either need more staff urgently, or to be paid a lot more for the workload they’re carrying.nnHuge credit to the team on site and Mumthas for being so helpful when I was stressed.All the staff deserve better.
We had a wonderful experience at Premier Inn, Manger Bonti. The breakfast was very good, and it was especially nice that both the manager and the chef came to meet us during breakfast. We spoke with them, and they were very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made our stay even more pleasant. It made the experience feel personal and memorable.nI recommend to experience the good service and welcoming.
We had a brilliant experience at the Borehamwood Premier Inn restaurant. The dinner was genuinely excellent — well cooked, tasty, and far better than expected. The whole dining experience was really enjoyable.nnThe service in the restaurant was outstanding, especially from Blaise. He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and worked non-stop to make sure everyone was looked after. His service was a clear 10/10, and his work ethic really stood out throughout the evening.nnDinner was great, the service was brilliant, and Blaise is a real credit to the team. Huge thanks to him for making the experience so positive. Highly recommend!
It is a very good Premier Inn and we have stayed there many times. Always clean, good value for money and always room to park your car. Though there is a nightly fee, it is an 30 minute walk to the Thameslink train station or 15-20 minutes from the nearby bus stop and there is a superb and cheap train service to central London. All in all, a very good hotel and we have found the hotel manager Bonti to be very helpful
