Very beautiful hotel! With the given quality and cleanliness, its much more worth the money compared to other similar hotel brands. You just feel like you are resting in a room built with proper ‘solid’ material and not cheap thin ones like those you will find in Travelodge or IBIS. A big thank you shoutout to the Receptionist Ewin for helping reheat my food using his own staff room microwave. The hotel before this rejected my request based on ‘energy efficiency’ reason. A small kind act like this brings the whole guest experience to one higher level . Thank you Ewin!

Kingston premier inn is my new favourite, from warm welcome from a lovely smiling receptionist right through to polite breakfast crew. The room, although getting a bit tired, was clean and very comfortable.  Breakfast was very good, the poached eggs were perfect and all the staff were very professional and polite.  I would especially like to thank Zwing, who was do considerate to all customers, so polite and professional and made us feel so comfortable and that nothing was too much trouble, he had such a polit/kind demeanour.   I will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

The rooms were clean and the location was even better. Everything you could possibly need was within walking distance grocery stores, convenient stores, a gym and there's also sooo much to do in this area a shopping center, coffee shops, restaurants. I stayed at this hotel way longer than I anticipated over a week and staff were so friendly and made me feel very safe, welcomed, and comfortable. I was always greeted with a smile and whenever I needed any help or assistance ANY time of day, the staff would do so with a smile on their face. Specifically, I can't thank Karen enough for making me feel at home for the entirety of my stay. She was very accommodating and always made sure I was okay or checking in if I ever needed anything. For the personal inconveniences I experienced, I'm very grateful for the hospitality this hotel provided to lighten the weight of my personal situation which allowed me to peacefully rest at the end of my long days. I would definitely come back!

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to both Ewing and Andriena for their excellent support today.nAt 12:00, Ewing was extremely helpful in explaining the hotel regulations clearly and patiently. He helped me understand the rules, procedures, and what support the hotel can provide. His professional and detailed explanation made everything much clearer and reassured me about my stay.nAt 16:30, Andriena was very kind and supportive. She gave me confidence by offering helpful advice and guidance. Her supportive attitude made me feel comfortable and well cared for.nI am very grateful for their professionalism, kindness, and dedication. Their support made a positive difference to my experience. Thank you both very much.

Service is mixed! Rooms in general are dirty. Ie hand  prints on walls clearly been there along time!!! With other marks on carpets and floors.  Bed sheets towels etc... is exceptable clean as a hotel should be!! Breakfast lunch dinner is amazing and the meal deal is worth  the money especially in holidays kids eat free with small exception/i.e termsandconditions.. and staff are very welcoming kind in general staff are *5 very helpful warming, welcoming but the rooms are outdated overpriced and dirty as above very shameful please follow my next reviews for certificate information and updates. Please bare in mind you are central in Kingston Town centre with many options available for all ages day and night. Travel lodge is next
