Good value for money, very helpful and friendly staff. Location great too. Main entrance is fob protected. 2 Lifts to first floor reception. Each floor has fob based entry. Bit concerned at nighttime security where people seem to try and slip in but staff seem to keep on top of it. Overall hotel not particularly clean or well maintained and walls paper thin. If your room faces Kingston high street it will be noisy. For money paid it's great value.

Elevators were misbehaving all weekend, as a disabled person I twice had to gradually make my way to reception from the ground floor. And saw other guests struggling also. Oh no! I flushed the room cistern several times to dispose of my waste to no avail, no loo brush to aid the departure of my matter ! :'( The bar was closed in hours it was sign posted as being available. Lovely comfy bed and clean rooms 10/10 Friendly, efficient people all round when they were there.

Very good hotel. Best place to stay in city centre. All staff is amazing and the location of the hotel is perfect. Rooms super clean and tidy with all you need for your stay.

Great value for money, comfortable beds, good breakfast with lovely coffee and very helpfull friendly staff. What more can you ask just half an hour away from Waterloo? Hampton court on the doorstep and Kingston a place to visit in it's own right, the oldest borough in London.

It was fine. But one of the towels did have a slightly yellow stain on it so we refrained from using that towel.
