Not enough staff the modern problem of big business these days, only driven by profits by doing the least possible for their client base and take the money. Staff! knowledge of the product range was poor especially regarding the detail in order to make an informed choice of product make. Seemed more interested in trying to sell you the most expensive and not the best on the market that will suit your needs or your pocket. Home base needs some improvements such as staff that know their products.
