Reviews
Have shopped here repeatedly due to the huge selection of home ware items. The prices tend to be higher than other places but you get what you pay for. There is also a nice cafe upstairs which is good to meet up at. The only downside is sometimes slow service at the tills as when there is a queue or a customer with a problem, there is very rarely any extra staff to help.

Reserved an item that was in stock. Waited a day for email to inform me to collect this but did not receive one. Telephoned the store and was informed that they were about to ring me as the item I had reserved was damaged and they did not have any more available and that this line was being discontinued. Reserved at Milton Keynes, collected within the hour, no problems and very friendly staff, thank you M K

Lovely shop as always, clean and tidy, friendly staff. I had ordered 2 quilt covers and been emailed to tell me they were in, sadly upon arrival i was told they were not in and someone had been instructed to contact me. They hadn't. Member of staff was very apologetic and we found a replacement without huge effort. Next time I willcalland double check.

One complaint. Pricing is not very clear. Picked up an article from the bottom shelf where a readable figure of £15 was clear but unable to read the small print too small and too low down. When I enquired the price at the hill it was £95 big difference so unable to afford it. No where was a £95 sticker to be found. Would save everyone's time if pricing was made clearer.
