I used to like shopping here, but today when I went in to buy some cat litter tray bags, there weren't any in the size I needed. On asking an assistant I was made to feel stupid, as they went to the empty shelf and said 'oh, let me peruse the shelf'. Then they said 'Oh, what a shame, there aren't any left' , while resting their head on the empty shelf. All this was said in a really sarcastic manner. When I spoke to the manager his attitude was 'I trust my staff not to be rude to customers. Well I guess they can be as rude as they like, now that I'm no longer a customer!

We only purchase fish from here. They are well looked after in store, unlike Pets at Home whose fish don't seem to last a few weeks, Jolleys fish last months or even years Other animals like rabbits appear to be healthy and happy and well cared for, their cages are always clean. Staff are always knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.

Relatively expensive if you don't have a jollyes card, and must pay attention to the shelf date of the food you are buying, but for the rest they are very reliable and friendly.
