First visit there , quite shocked. 1. Waiting room had broken chairs, 2. Rubbish on the floor, filthy carpet 3. A small bathroom size bin with a large size bin liner flowing onto the floor in the waitingroom. 4. Toilet seat dangerously broken, 5. Curtain for privacy in scanning room goes around the radiographer not the patient so the ' provided chaperone can see all' 6. I was given the size of a 1 piece kitchen roll to wipe the gel off my stomach. 7. I went to put it in the bin normal house bin, not steralized containers, but it was broken so you couldn't lift the lid. Makes you so thankful for the NHS and the nurses who genuinely care for you.
Customer service was absolutely appalling from the doctor who did my ultrasound.He was very rude he made me feel uncomfortable the way he was talking to me like giving me attitude and kept asking me the same question over and over again.He was very abrupt and rushed doing the ultrasound and felt he never did his job properly.I certainly won.t be going back there in the future.
AVOID,AVOID,AVOID!Worst surgery ever! My husband had severe astma attacks. After some tests he been told by Hollybush doctor,that he doesn't have any astma,he is just overweight and he needs to go to gym to loose some weight!!!!!So,we swiched to Ridgacre House surgery,where he was diagnosed with ASTMA straight away and finally could get his medicine.
Absolute disgrace, I rang for 14 minutes before I was cut off! So I called back again and was eventually graced with an answer after around 12 minutes of it ringing out. Then after asking for an appointment to see the doctor I was told the earliest this could happen is February 18th?? Absolute joke this place is I dont know how it's still in business. Avoid at all costs. I will be moving surgeries.
My mom recently had blood test taken , The doctors sent her a letter saying they needed to talk to her, so she rang up for a call back appointment after explaining about her letter she's disabled .Staff told her there were no appointment s for three weeks they were very busy call back or book through our on line service only she explained she was 85 with no access to internet " well get someone else to do it for you " End of conversation Dreadful !
Poor customer service, that's why I changed practices.
