A great hotel with stylish, comfortable rooms; particularly impressed at choice of tea and coffee in rooms - usual tea and coffee tray with kettle plus a pod style coffee maker. Also enjoyed walk-in rain forest shower and thick bath towels. Service at reception and in the bar and restaurant friendly and efficient. A decent range of fish, meat or vegetarian dishes on restaurant menu. Three courses - sharing a dessert (it is Christmas!) and a bottle of red came to about £65. Well located for shopping trip in nearby Kingston or a visit to Hampton Court. Would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return soon.

Room was fine, London Pride was fine. Location is great for hospital visiting or travelling into London to do the tourist thing. Car parking is invaluable. Receptionist took her fish and chip supper into the office which made the whole bar area smell like a chippy. We have stayed a number of times and can see a gradual deterioration in the quality of breakfast, particularly the non cooked offerings - no oat granola today only cornflakes and weetabix. Slow to clear tables - watched one member of staff take a couple of spoons at a time to the kitchen rather than simply filling a tray and doing it all in one go. Staff were polite enough but were a bit lack lustre. The yawning receptionist made me think that the night staff serve breakfast.

One of the best hotels Iv ever stayed in at this price. I usually use the Hilton but since it was full I decided to try here instead. The rooms are excellent, impeccably equipped to a 4/5 star standard. Bathroom is excellent. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The per room ac unit should be the standard for any good hotel. Great place to stay. Have recommended it to many people.

Stayed at the White Hart Hotel just before Christmas for 2 nights, with our dog. It was a cold weekend, but the room and rest of the Pub was warm. The room was quiet, clean and modern. Ate breakfast and evenig meals. It was busy, the staff coped well and brought out the food in good time. The quality of the meals was good. Staff were polite and always ready to chat and smile. Really enjoyed the stay and we are returning this weekend.

Popular restaurant, busy on Sunday. Selective menu, didn't try the food but judging from fellow patrons am sure everything is good!
