The staff were helpful and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful, loads of choice and enjoyable. The location was just right for us. Had a great stay!
Excellent service from staff in restaurant and bar . Breakfast was also excellent. Let down by staff in reception as a wedding disco went on till 1230 and no apology was given or anything done. Luckily had ear plugs .
Room was too small and very beaten up. There was a lot of noise. Stay at the premier inn next time cheaper and better!

Staff here are lovely and friendly - for the most part.nRecent renovation of the bar is good.nThe hotel is old and tired and this is reflected in the rooms. It’s also used a lot by energy or rail workers or similar so there can be a bit of noise in the corridors and bar.nAs the hotel is at the junction of a major motorway and main roads there can be a bit of noise from traffic too.
