Very convenient location , close to train station , and town centre . Very good spot as it’s so close to the bars and restaurants.nDecent value for money .nOn my downside breakfast bit chaotic asked a time to go down for , booked a time but was a wait for tables and to get food.nOverall would still return again .

Decent beds and standard breakfast offering. But my room was fairly small, the TV was old and remote had no cover on batteries. Biggest negative is paper thin walls, can hear the person next door.nnPity, as the location is quiet and often way cheaper than Leeds prices.

Pleasant helpful staff , rooms a good size but cold on our arrival and beds very soft  .staff sorted the issues with heating and faulty light promptly . Carpets need cleaning in communal areas and corridors, food at breakfast quite good and plentiful but the offering for evening meals very limited with no fresh salad just ready meals we were advised . Parking available on site . We felt it was good value though and 3 out of 4 of us would stay there again .

Stayed here for the first time recently. Great location right in the centre of Wakefield. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Prices were good. Room was spacious and appeared smart enough, however the cleanliness of the room wasn't great. Peanuts scattered underneath the bed so obviously hadn't be cleaned very well. Bed was soft but comfortable with hard and soft pillows to cater for personal taste. Air conditioner was great, worked very well, hot or cold. Nice view from window in the distance but it's in the centre of Wakefield.Breakfast didn't have huge choice of hot food but was filling, tasty and good. I would stay again.n*Second visit*nCleanliness of room still not great, the floor definitely wasn't vacuumed before my arrival. Breakfast choice could still use improvement. Staff still friendly and helpful. Bed still comfortable and room large.n*Third visit*nSame issues. Same good points.

Location fab for our gig at the distillery.   Lift was broken in hotel but thankfully we we just on 2nd floor.  No ice in bar for our drinks. Stairway was in need of maintenance,  window surround wood rotten. Breakfast nice, although 6.30 to 9.30 is extremely early.  Staff pleasant.nTaxi from airport was £65 !!!
