Had a superb meal for my birthday last night. My wife let them know I was celebrating and they brought my dessert out with a candle and sang to me. The food was delicious and came out piping hot.nI then stayed the night....the room was fantastic, very cosy and it was nice and quiet apart from other guests letting their doors slam closed....why do that in a hotel?? I have no complaints at all.nThe staff were all polite and friendly and made me feel very welcome. Breakfast was cooked to order with plenty of options as well as fresh fruit, cereals, yoghurts and fruit juice.nI would highly recommend this hidden gem.

Very busy bar and restaurant. Reservation recommended.nnFriendly welcome. Well appointed rooms with nice decor and furnishings. Bathroom was excellent.nnVery good kitchen and dining experience with many specials on the board.nnNice and quiet overnight with ample parking.nnClose to M1.nnHighly recommend.

It’s been years since we were here but I’m so glad it’s still going strong and the food is as delicious as ever. Very reasonable prices and easy parking

The Mews hotel suited us very well. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was pleasant and the food was excellent.nWe needed to be close to Leeds, as we were helping our grandson move at the end of his time at university there.

I’ve become a regular stay at least 1 night most weeks for work. The food is fantastic and very friendly staff. Some of the rooms are very basic but cost effective for work stay
