Very helpful staff. Breakfast is fantastic. Beds are very comfortable. Oliver looked after us most of the time we stayed, and he is very attentive, courteous, professional and fantastic attitude to outstanding customer service
Yeah it's okay, the room was clean and a decent size, bed was comfortable, the room attendant did not want to, or even try to make the bed for the entire four nights stay, sheet was hanging out and the duvet wast just thrown on top, hiding the slept on sheet and pillows.nnThe breakfast is included, stale cereal with watery semi skimmed milk, extremely salty and dry scrambled eggs, budget baked beans, bacon and sausage, cheap brea. Croissant was nice
Located just off the motorway and services nearby.nExcellent stay and comfortable spacious roomnEasy to access and exit... ample parking .nWe liked the sign which asked for reception staff to be notified of any car in a disabled space without a blue badge to be reported..nCheck in was straightforward and the staff were very friendly and welcomingnOur room was one adapted for a person with disabilities..nLarge room with TV and comfortable double bed all very clean and fresh.tea and coffee making facilities..nUSB ports and ample plug sockets ..to be fair the room had everything you needed for your stay..nBreakfast plentiful and nicely cooked..nCold and hot buffet style along with tea coffee and juices..nFor the price of our one night stay it was excellent value and would recommend..
Nothing but rave reviews for this hotel. Spent four nights here. Perfect location for our visit with a very friendly & helpful staff. Super clean facility. Great beds and huge bath towels. Dove products in the bathroom. The cherry on top? The included breakfast was fresh and hot everyday. The staff stayed on top to make sure there was always enough for everyone. Such a delicious & great way to start to day. The ONLY place I'll stay when I am in the Bedford area.
