Upon venturing out that morning I pondered upon the likelihood what the Inn I would be stopping in that evening would be like. Fearing the worst of ghosts, zombies, wraith, lions, and tigers and bears....oh my! I was pleased to arrive at my Premier Inn for that evening. It was modern, had good parking and a speedy check in. No traumatic experiences at all. The room was everything it should have been. A little chilly....was it a ghost?, no just efficient air con which I soon turned the heat up on. Would stay again. Thank you.

Modern, comfortable hotel with good access to the highway. Good bed, good water pressure, good temperature control in room. Expensive breakfast at nearby restaurant.

Had reason to use this during a 2 night stay at the Premier Inn Bedford South. First night the food was barely warm, and staff made no attempt to ask me if things were OK. On the second morning I had a coffee and when I got back to the table found the mug was cracked and coffee all over the place. Made one of the staff aware of this and not even an appolgy.. I have stayed in various Premier Inns around the country and always used the restaurant nearby and got good service. Brewers Fayre need to up there game, as there is always somewhere else to eat.

Our first visit here, a few days ago, and we are likely to return. Good disabled parking and access, our disabled room was a good size with a well planned wet room and also had electrical sockets on the bed head wall - which we find very useful. The staff were friendly and professional, especially Irma on reception. The Brewers Fayre next door was somewhat disappointing, but has been given it's own review so is not lowering the 5 stars given here.

Good budget hotel, newly built / refurbished with very comfortable beds and well designed rooms. I paid £29 which is a bargain. Only had breakfast in the pub opposite, but that was typical Premier Inn fayre (and opened at 7am on a Saturday).
