Surprisingly good quality stay. Want expecting anything much for such a keen price, but was really surprised at the quality of food and the stylish clean hotel. Beds are very comfortable and rooms quiet, even with Aircon on. Real gem of a hotel.

Very well located hotel, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Ate in the restaurant at dinner and breakfast and both were really good. Breakfast is very good value for money.

Absolutely lovely premier inn. Great rooms, clean, comfortable. Right on the river bank...which is a lovely view. You can come down from your room and walk to the riverside and watch the ducks, or swans ir people rowing past. It's tranquil. The Premier Inn is right next to the Vue cinema and lots of restaurants. Premier inn really picked a great spot. The Premier Inn restaurant itself does lovely food. The customer service is very good.

The hotel is brand new and located in a newly refurbished area of the town with a nice pedestrian square in front of the river. There is also a cinema and some restaurants. The level is the usual one of Premier Inns with very a clean room in the minimalist style. The restaurant offers the pleasent river view. Breakfast might be a bit higher quality.

Situated in the new riverside development in Bedford, so is quite a nice place to have a stroll about. A cinema and a few restaurant's on the doorstep. I only live a few miles away but had a lot of family visiting and they wouldn't all fit in our 2 bed apartment and 1 bathroom between 6 of us. So I booked two family rooms at £50 each which I thought was a bargain. Staff were good, friendly and informative, rooms Were clean as it is a fairly newly opened place u would expect that. Everything you would expect for a budget hotel. The breakfast is a superb deal. In both rooms We had 2 adults and 1 child, so with the breakfast the children both under 15 got a free breakfast so we only paid for 4 out of 6 of us. It's a good mix of hot and cold buffet with Costa coffee drinks machine. As we used a taxi to get there and back in not sure what the parking situation is if you have a car. I know there are 2 council run multi storey car parks over the road but not sure If they tie in with the hotel or not regarding charges. Overall very happy with our stay and would recommend.
