Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish!nnThe staff were warm, professional, and always happy to help with anything we needed.nnOur room was spotless, spacious, and we had an amazing view, with an incredibly comfortable bed that made it hard to leave each morning.nnThe hotel facilities were excellent, and everything was maintained to a very high standard.nnThe location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area. My stay at Premier Inn was comfortable, convenient, and exactly what I expected from a reliable hotel brand. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression.nnThe room was clean, quiet, and well laid out, with a very comfortable bed that lived up to Premier Inn’s reputation for a good night’s sleep. Everything felt practical and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. Despite the hotel being busy, noise levels were minimal, which I really appreciated.nnOne of the highlights of the stay was the breakfast. The selection was generous and well organised, with a great range of hot and continental options to suit different tastes. The food was fresh and regularly replenished.nnOverall, Premier Inn delivered on comfort, cleanliness, and value for money. Combined with the great breakfast and friendly service, it made for a dependable and stress-free stay that I’d happily recommend.
I regularly stay in hotels all over the country for work. This hotel was ideal for my needs because it is a great location close to the town and train station. I always try and get hotels with a gym which this doesn't have however there is one across the road in the shopping centre Energie Fitness which I used in the evening and then went for a run along the river in the morning. I didn't have enough gear to gym and run so the same shopping centre across the road has a TK Max so I bought a t-shirt there. The hotel is surrounded by options for food it is my new favourite place to stay in Bedford. The hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was a buffet style which you may expect and I prefer because it is quicker than having to order and wait, I much prefer just getting what I want directly. Overall great location, great staff clean and convenient what's not to like. Thank you and I will see you again soon. 51 year old man for reference.

Everything was well-organised and efficiently replenished, so nothing felt rushed or lacking.nnThe hot items were fresh and filling, clearly aimed at setting you up for the day ahead, while the continental options added a nice balance. The atmosphere was calm and relaxed, ideal whether you were easing into the morning or preparing for a busy schedule.nnPremier Inn breakfast here delivered on quality, value, and consistency.nn10 out of 10 from me !!
Our first stay at the premier inn Bedford and for sure we will book again.Kenan elizabeth and Joanna at reception are great, very welcoming happy and patient. Check in was great explained no waiting we were at ease now after a hectic morning. The room itself was lovely clean and hallway was tidy loved the bathroom fresh and spacious.. housekeeping are truly attentive and welcoming on our way to our room. We were happy and have already recommended this hotel to our family and friends.. a 10 out of 10 on all levels. Thank you :
