It is a great place to stay in Bedford! Everything is new and comfortable. The location is good with pubs, supermarket and bus stops around.

Great spot big clean rooms. Management were great at dealing with some troublesome neighbours we had. All in all a great stay

Clean, basic apartment accommodation. It gets a mere two stars because they failed to provide details of how to gain access; there was no reception, the anonymous looking building has no signage and we spent 30 frustrating minutes on a cold night trying to work out how to get in. By sheer luck a guest exiting the building gave us a contact number (the number we had went straight to a recorded message) and we finally got an entry code and, five minutes later, details of our room number and the code to its key safe. We received an apology, but it hardly made up for the hassle. The room didn't even have a chair and compared with some local B and Bs costing just £4 more with breakfast included it was truly back false economy.
