Prices are cheap and the food is reliably mediocre. Service is quick once you finally get someone at the bar to take your order. After that the food arrives quickly and it's hot. It's busy in here most of the time and very noisy. Not a good place for a quiet, intimate meal. Cheap and functional.

Great chain pub. Big selection of drinks, quality ales, low prices. Food - perfectly eatable, quite decent pub grub, actually. After recent face-lift looking pretty good too. Would never say no to a little beer break at PP

Excellent Wetherspoons pub, centrally located in Bedford. Food is good, well priced and the staff are friendly. Gets a bit busy on the weekend (to be expected) we still managed to get a table for 7 with little difficulty.

I've previously reviewed that s place and I'm glad to say that it's improved muchly! Our meals were quite quick and my husband was impressed that his steak was just ad he wanted it.

I cannot believe how rude the staff are! I came in today for lunch, and one of the staff members rudely spoken to my friend about an incident that he had nothing to do with which left us feeling intimidated threatened. We then proceeded to question the matter to explain that we had nothing to do with it which was followed by a very rude apology. After speaking to the manager about this, we were once again rudely spoken to and told that we were lying. As customers that come in regularly, I am repulsed by the way we were spoken to and how we have been treated.
