Stayed for 1 night in July on our roadtrip with motorbikes. Great place, friendly owner, well-maintained and clean facilities, warm shower, even a kettle and microwave available. Great value for money. There were just 2-3 other campers so we had one of the fields with a picnic table all to ourselves. The only possible downside for light-sleepers is even far from the entrance you can still hear the passing by cars on the road, didn't disturb us though.
Absolutely great camp site, Stella is so nice and welcoming, toilets and shower very clean.
Very friendly. Good, clean facilities including free shower and pay-for laundry. Well maintained site that's generally flat with plenty of room. Close to the main road, it's worth going to one of the fields away from the main gate to reduce the noise which is only slight from further back. That road does make it easy to get out to visit places though. We didn't find much within walking distance.
Nice friendly and quite site, the owners were very friendly and accommodating. Basic facilities but clean, ideal for a short stay or as a base for exploring the surrounding area. We would definitely use this campsite if we are this way again.
Lovely quiet little campsite. The owner is friendly and puts the little extra touches in to ensure you feel at home books to read, a kettle in the utility room etc. The men's showers were great, my wife reported the ladies shower was not quite so good. The only negative which is more something just to be aware of there is a constant background noise from the A36 which is very close to the site, it is not terrible, just something to be aware of. The skies are pretty dark, so great for a bit of astronomy.
I gave this site a 5star as Stella who runs the site with her husband made us all welcome on our first night. Even went shopping for us while doing her own. The site is very peaceful and although you are only a stone's throw from the A36 you don't get distured by the traffic. The facilities are very well looked after and very clean, a well maintained site and well worth the visit. Most definitely come back here again.
Small camping with nice grass pitches. Outdated toilet building, dirty and too small. Friendly owners though. More a camping for short visits than longer vacations, we stayed 2 weeks but the kids didn't get aquainted with any other kids as most campers leave after 1-2 nights. Lots to do in the surrounding area, and a fair price for camping knowing you are near the new forest....

Great site for a chill out. Very friendly accommodating owner. Camp on lawn grass. Facilities clean and serviceable. Only thing to improve it would be a motorhome dump point.
Nice quiet friendly site to camp out . Great flat grass land to pitch on . Good facilities too . Nice place to chill .
