As they say, you get what you pay for, and this is true for this hotel. A perfectly adequate place to stay for one or two nights. Most importantly the beds are comfortable. It was full to bursting when we stayed, mainly with families with young children. The receptionist advised us to wait until after 9 to go into breakfast and this was good advice. Friendly and helpful staff, especially in the restaurant where they were run ragged. I would consider staying there again.

Stopped here for an overnight stay and it seemed like it might be a good place to rest and get a meal. Unfortunately it missed the mark in my opinion. The staff were friendly but we didn't get the rest we were looking for on account of a constant stream of screaming kids past our room as late as 1030 at night. Also the pub attached was pretty lame. They had run out of a lot of things on the menu and this was Saturday. Also the food took forever and was really average. Would not recommend it.

Amazing location for paultins park (and Peppa pig world) and surprisingly quiet considering the amount of children and families who must stay here. The breakfasts are in the hungry horse but they're pretty good really. I'd recommend getting there early to.avoid the rush.

Great hotel, shame it has no air con but windows gave enough breeze.. Staff went out of their way to give us another bed for our 4 year old which was great.. Also attached to a hungry horse so great food. Breakfast is a little slow as there was not many people serving.

As usual a great stay...the proximity of Peppa pig land meant that he restaurant was absolutely packed...but it got very quiet after 8.30pm
