Just had a birthday lunch with walking friends., 15 in total 3 of us celebrating our birthdays. A Table was made up for us and the service was very professional. We all ate from the 3 course special and no one was disappointed. Wine and drinks very reasonable and though for a large party the seating was a bit cramped everyone commented on how much they enjoyed the meal and the day. Thank you all the friendly staff and team for a fantastic day.

Children's play area just been changed and it is excellent. Really good for little one's. Park looking really good volunteers and workers tidying the flower beds and with sitting area and picnic area throughout the park excellent place to visit.

Lovely new play equipment for pre school children. Santana's in the park if you fancy lunch. Plenty sitting areas for adults having a stroll.

I visit Heaton Park every Tuesday and Thursday to attend Ultimate Bootcamp. This park has plenty to offer. Nice scenery for while I'm catching my breath after too many burpees. Bonus of having Sambucas restaurant nearby for after having burned that few too many calories and needing to feast.

I have been going here since I was a small boy. Really nice. The old pavilion has sambuca restaurant. Heaton park is the gateway to the even more stunning Jesmond Dene.
