It is convenientky placed. Really narrow spaces, and I don't have a particularly large car. Fortunately the lack of lifts means that few people go up to the 15th floor so you can park there without a car on either side.
Been stuck in my spot for the last hour and a half with no apparent reason. Have tried to get help but nobody around. Literal standstill with no signs of moving. On top of that the ticket system is dreadful. Avoid at all costs, I will likely be here for the next couple of hours at least.
Shocking price to park here. Went to a gig last night, parked here for a few hours and it was £18. This is Newcastle not Kensington! Downloaded the app before I parked there but didn’t realise you need to scan a QR code at the entrance gate BEFORE you enter. That’s ridiculous. Never again
Don’t bother pre-booking - the QR code NCP doesn’t use ANPR like everyone else won’t work then if you press the button for assistance, you’ll eventually be routed through to a call centre which you won’t understand and when you do, will claim you don’t have a booking. Very poor. For up to 24 hours there’s no point anyway, it’s the same price as if you take a paper ticket.
I can concur with other reviews in that it doesn't smell of piss, for which I might have given 5 stars, HOWEVER £12 for less than 4 hours on a rather less busy Sunday evening loses two stars
