Quite an interesting place. People tend to think of Heaton Park and Jesmond Dene and omit Armstrong Park, which would be a mistake. Very enjoyable to walk through and full of interesting surprises.

I've walked Rhubarb here almost every day for 4 years, I love it. It's one of the finest parks in the country.

Great park that links the Ouseburn with Gosforth. Dotted with play areas river walks and cafes

well maintained location with lots of support from the local community. there is plenty of wildlife around here to see such as birds, squirrels and rats :). cycle paths run through many of the parks in this area making them idea for cyclists and people with wheelchairs

Lovely park. Suitable for all ages, terrain friendly for walkers, bikes and pushchairs.
