I tried to speak to a member of staff on the telephone about what items they had in stock and found it very difficult to contact them as the telephone line seemed constantly engaged, I emailed them to try and find out stock levels however eventually managed to speak to someone who was quite rude and not helpful. Another member of staff called be back later as a result of my email and apologised for her colleague. 

Two Months later I received an email asking me to change my review, the email said: 

“I have noticed that you put a review on our Face book page following that conversation and wondered if you would be so kind as to reconsider what you wrote, or possibly maybe even remove the post altogether.” 

In my option, honest reviews are important and help drive customer service and offer consumers a real view on the experience of others. Any company that attempts to manipulate reviews should really not be trusted.
