The worst experience of my life with this agency. If you can block me on your database as I will never contact your agency again! Unprofessional agents sitting to break your confidence level so that they can benefit from it!

I spoke to Adz on Friday about a job which I took and confirmed to go to for I also rang him a second time to confirm the job. He then sent me the details for the job for Monday at 7.30 with the address as I got to the job I rang the office I was told he was on he's way waiting 1 hr for a call back telling me his given the job to someone else. I was not to happy then I asked if there was anything else in the area, was told i would get a call which I never had very unprofessional.

Useless. If you worked here they won’t even give a detailed reference yet they claim they’re “passionate about people”. They are more interested in the hierarchy at Hays than the employees or even the workers.

Once you build a relationship with them, they try as hard as the can

Honestly don't even know where to start. After having to ring my agent 11 times in a row to get a response for a job i was ment to start on Friday id done all the paperwork and sign up stuff by Thursday I finally got the go ahead on the Monday to start on the Tuesday.  AND THEN!  How can I be sent to a site sent home then 2 hours later messaged asking if I wanted to start tommorow same site? What?
