few days ago my wife got a phone call from lloyds bank saying that she should come to the bank because there has been a mistake with our account . of course we panicked and went there ASAP . When we got there the clerk denied that there was any mistake or that she sai Bassically the whole story was a scam / seeling strategy from behalf of lloyds bank where they just wanted to sell us a better account with ' more option ' but where things could go wrong a lot easyer . The whole story was so weird and made us feel so bad after we understood what was the whole purpose of the meeting . They just wanted to scare us ( wich they really succeded ) so that we would be more likely in to buying that ' better option ' .

Advertised as open till 7pm on a Thursday but they close the tills at 5pm?! What's the bloody point of been open?!?

Robbed this place twice. 😅😅 Haven't changed the combination on the safe. Usually a good hual. 😃 Always leave some good biscuits in the kitchen and have decent teabags.

The worst bank ever. they even can't print 6 months statement for you! at the same time my friend took his one from Metro bank at 7.30 o'clock in the evening in 5 min with envelope and all stamped!
