Awful. No contact from the Barclays mortgage team after a month of emails and calls being ignored. I feel as if 1 star is a generous review. If you are looking for a mortgage or to remortgage AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Staff is excellent working very hard with resources provided, its shame bosses are happy to take million in bonus but can not add more staff to serve walk in clients waiting in que for 30-45 minutes  only two counters  available who again i salute them for their hard work 0 stars are for people who decided to cut down number of counters available

Helpful staff but not always on the ball when it comes to picking up the slack such as when needing to bank and there is a big line of people being served by one person behind the counter.

Business banking rarely has more than one person serving. I only visit the bank once a week but dread it as I regularly wait 25 -30 minutes to be served.
