Open late on Thursday. Staff are friendly. Never more than one other person in the queue for the tellers. Free water and nice seat in case you have an appointment.

Costumer service is really missing and when you have it you understand that the lack of it is really better. I love way more the branch in surbiton.

Terrible service from the staff at the front desk. HSBC please sort out the training for your staff. Even metro bank staff is better...

Warm welcome at reception but some of casher is rude and unhelpful. i would not recommend especially red casher.

Very bad service,, open an accounts take one hour and half interview, waited for 2 weeks then received a call that they need copy of my passport again, then after few days,, recieved a call again that they need a signatures of my husband,, Indian lady talk to much about her life on that's interview,, we don't care about your life you talk to much ,,that you don't provide all the necessary form to fill up,, what a lousy service..live in hongkong for 10 years. Very efficient and no problems and by the way, we used HSBC account for 18 years the service of Kingston is very inexperienced staff.
