I rarely have to wait to see a cashier. I have always found the staff to be very helpful. They have some decent interest rates. I count them as an ethical organisation since they are a mutual society, so they won't be lending to businesses I'm not comfortable lending my cash to.
Surprised by Paul's review, something must have gone wrong. I have always found the staff extremely friendly and efficient. And above all it is such a quiet and civilized place to transact business. No awful piped music that other building societies think we need. Bill Stewart
Visited Kingston branch today -very please with the service--as I have been out large amount from my account --ask if everything was ok and not being pressured into taking fund's out -Thank you to all staff at this branch
Friendly, helpful staff, but currently gas very restricted opening hours.
Very good service with Emma friendly and helpful and polite
I entered to discuss opening an account. Sat and waited for half an hour, was ignored so left. Bizarre!
Tried to call but after 3 minutes it goes to fax
