It is just like a fancy charity shop to be honest. The staff were few and far between. The shop was dirty and totally didn't live up to the hype that people talk about. Would not return!

The staff are very helpful and friendly especially on the Fenty concession and Margaret on the Hourglass section was very knowledgeable about the products
Drove out to the premises after reading they were open and closing soon at 7 pm only to find they are temporarily closed and not open at all. Had to get kids minded and very annoying they couldn’t post on their site they are closed until further notice.
