** WARNING - HIGHLY TOXIC ** The worst agent ever in the entire world 0 rating. Stay away for your sanity and safety. Thieving clowns, very very very deceitful - 1 lie after the other. Should be investigated not fit to be a housing agent. Can never get through to them to fix issues with the property only concerned about taking money monthly. Stay away !!!!!!. Avoid renting from them. They ll make your life living hell. Quick to take money but never solve issues. They left me in a house for 10 days without use of facilities. My son bedroom declared not safe cos of electricity cables and done nothing about it for 6months
Horrendous...I left my property beginning of October and I am still chasing my deposit now. They are trying to pin it on damage caused by previous tenants. My advise to you if you decide to use them is to either run or make it 100% clear in writing and with photos of what is wrong as soon as you move in.
My cooker Hob was broken and They sort it out in the 24 hours. Contractor fixed it in just 15 minutes. Now Was very good quality services. I'm very happy.
Awful agency. Lazy, slow and only care about taking your money. Have had a leak ongoing in the house for 2 years that has yet to be fixed. Badgered them constantly and they just play dumb. If I could give less than 1 star I would.
Harvey Estates have handled my tenancy for a number of years now the staff have always been able to help me with any enquiry I have . I would recommend Harvey Estates to anyone who needs accommodation.
Absoloutley shocking customer service with rude and unprofessional staff. Rented through these for about 5 years and always felt like banging my head up against the wall.
